The month of November is a busy one for me. After all, I am turning 30 this month, and life really does begin there.

To begin with, I have been entered into a cover girl contest on www.getbuf.com. Please feel free to visit the site and cast your vote for me. The winner will be featured on the cover of GetBuf's sports supplement catalog. Thank you in advance for all of your help in this.

Second, I just finished a brief interview with Women's Physique World. I will be featured in their next issue of the magazine, so feel free to visit www.wpw.net or grab a copy at your local bookstore. While I did have a small picture in the October issue of Ironman, this will be my first major magazine appearance.

Women's Physique World has also scheduled a video shoot with me while they are in Dallas this month for the NPC National Bodybuilding and Fitness Championships, where I will be in attendance as an audience member. This video will soon be available for purchase (along with various photo sessions I have done with their photographer, John Nafpliotis) through their website.

Many other photo shoots and painting sessions are in the works, and I will keep you posted on all of these.
